Vibrant colour

Designed to create water based film transfers. The transfers produce soft vibrant images with no requirement for pre-treatment or weeding no matter what colour the fabric is. The printer benefits from dual print head technology, producing a full colour transfer including white ink in a single pass faster than the many processes it can replace

Automated production

Our printer is driven by our own software that makes it a true production printer. With automatic image nesting, variable data, barcode job creation and job costing our workflow could not be easier.

Premium DTF Inks

These high quality low impact water based inks produce vibrant prints with excellent stretch and durability in the wash. We believe this to be the only UK supplied water based production printing system of its kind. Suitable for high volume work wear, high viz safety clothing, polyester, cotton & performance sports wear.

Durable finish

Once our film has been printed in vibrant colour it passes through a power coating machine that coats and dries the film. Its then ready to transfer directly onto the garment. As there is no pre-treatment of the garment so production is fast.
